Introduction One of Hawke's Bay's early vineyards, Bradshaw
Estate is sited on the original Vidal's No.1 vineyard that was
first planted in 1936 on the outskirts of Havelock North. The
vineyard was completely replanted during the 1980's and in 1991,
Wayne and Judy Bradshaw purchased the property building the winery
and restaurant in 1996.
Replanted in premium variety grapes,
the gently sloping vineyard faces the north with wonderful views
towards Napier. This northern aspect within the famed Te Mata
special character zone is world reknown for producing outstanding
wines with its warm, early ripening grape growing conditions.
